Say my name, say my name.

Is anyone else surprised that there is as yet no law that prevents felons (and suspected felons) from filing false liens against judges and prosecutors? Apparently, inmates are copyrighting their names (which is illegal since a name is a fact and you can't copyright a fact) and then claiming damages for each time a judge or prosecutor uses their name in court proceedings. Some inmates have claimed millions of dollars in damages and placed liens on judges homes in order to insure that they can collect. While the courts eventually throw out the liens since they are without merit (can't copyright a name remember), it takes time and money for the judges and the prosecutors to challenge the liens in civil court. Stupid.
